Contact us via Email with any questions, or to place your order.

Then you either email us the photo/s you would like to use, or you can mail them to us, and
we will scan them for you. Pictures will be returned with your order.

You will be emailed proofs before the coasters and t-shirts are made so that you can OK the
design. Payment is not required until the proofs have been approved.

Please let us know of any modifications you have in mind - cropping, red eye reduction, etc.
- all graphic design work is included in the price!

Once everything has been approved, your products will be made, and shipped out to you. The
process should take 10 to 14 days.

The coasters are heat-resistant, so you can actually use them. And we now have the ability to
print directly to the edge of the tile! They are also washable, although not dishwasher safe,
due to the backing. But as with any other product, there will be wear and tear with daily use.  
As long as you don't abuse them, they should last and be completely useable for years!

Our t-shirts are made of 100% cotton, and are high-quality, preshrunk, and durable.  Our
t-shirt will be printed in full color with durable photo quality reproduction.
School pictures work great for the shirts!

Things to keep in mind:
*The product will only be as good as your picture
- the higher the resolution and clarity of the picture, the better!
*While we do our best to ensure high quality,
our products are hand-made and won't be factory-perfect.
*We are not a big box store, or a major coroporation, we don't have a giant warehouse in
our backyard, so there may be times when an additional delay may be incured due to delays
from our suppliers.
